"Say Cheese" class at the LCBO

On Thursday, May 17 from 7:00 - 9:00 pm, Greg Williams of Far Flung Foods will be at the LCBO in the Roundhouse Centre to guide you through the creamy, rich, stringy, gooey world of cheese. Greg will discuss the history of cheese, how it is made and what makes it different (and similar) from culture to culture. Samples from around the world will be plated and matched with some great wines. Don't miss this very special class.

To register and purchase your tickets please call the Customer Service Desk at the LCBO Roundhouse or register in person at the LCBO. Please contact the LCBO for details. Spaces are limited so book your place soon. Participants must be 19 years or older. Tickets are $40.

3rd Annual OCS Conference

Along with Ruth Klahsen (Owner, Lead Cheesemaker, Monforte Dairy), Cole Snell (President, Provincial Fine Foods) and Rob Velenik (Director of Catering, Pusateri’s), Greg Williams of Far Flung Foods will be debating the challenges of retailing cheese at the 3rd Annual Ontario Cheese Society Conference on March 23rd in Toronto.
